Stormlink™ A/A2 Concentrator

Reliable Real-time Communication with Guaranteed Data Delivery

Illustration of StormLink A/A2 Concentrator

OneRain’s StormLink A/A2 Concentrator delivers ALERT and ALERT2™ data from a radio receive site via TCP/IP, with guaranteed delivery to a Contrail® data collector. Its data storage/buffering capabilities prevent data loss from reporting gauge sites in the event of a network connectivity outage.

OneRain's StormLink A/A2 ConcentratorDrop-in solution captures ALERT/ALERT2 data directly from a receiver

Guaranteed delivery to a Contrail destination

Configuration options to transmit data over IP, cellular or satellite networks

Transmit to one or more destinations with multicasting

No data loss in the event of a network connectivity outage

Guaranteed Data Delivery to a Contrail Destination

Connecting the StormLink™ A/A2 Concentrator to a separate antenna and receiver near a base station or at a repeater location creates a redundant system. If the receiving facility goes down you have the added assurance of having your data feed up, running, and visible on a Contrail data collector from an Internet connection. If Internet connection is lost, the messages are queued. Upon reestablishing connectivity with the Contrail server, the queued messages are uploaded at an accelerated rate in the order they were received along with their original time stamps.

By deploying the StormLink A/A2 Concentrator, you create the redundancy needed for your mission by receiving ALERT and/or ALERT2 gauge data with guaranteed delivery to a Contrail destination and multiple receive points for very high reliability.
