Effective immediately, new customers will use the AEM Elements 360 application, where they will enjoy all the benefits you’re accustomed to with Contrail, plus access to new, cutting-edge features in development.

What does this mean for you?

As loyal Contrail users, your satisfaction is our top priority. Rest assured that our commitment to you hasn’t changed. You will continue to receive the same superior customer support you have come to expect from AEM and our OneRain brand. In addition, our engineering team will continue to maintain ongoing support including security patches and bug fixes for Contrail.

Your Path to AEM Elements 360

We understand that change requires adjustment, and we are here to facilitate a smooth shift to Elements 360 when you are ready. During this time, we encourage discussions with your AEM Account and Customer Success representatives to begin to plan your transition to AEM Elements 360. Should you choose to do so, you will be able to maintain your current Contrail instance at your 2024 renewal cycle with confidence. It’s important to note, however, that all new product features and enhancements will only be available on the AEM Elements 360 multi-hazard decision support application moving forward.
